It did turn out good. But somehow I forgot to take the last picture, of how nicely it came out of the oven, until too late. It was all gone.

I almost had a disaster. When I browned the sausage, I put the pizza back on the stove to take the picture, not noticing that the burner had not gotten all the way off. I caught it just as the corner of the pan started to steam, no harm done.

I've been to a Junior's near Burlington. We have one similar, "Zachary's", in our town, but it's hard to make LC choices there. It's pretty much salad and side meats. A nice meaty Carbonara on broccoli would be good.

Not for the faint at heart....Last night was my celebration night. I had been planning this night for a long time and prepared myself for it..LOL So its started off with a Blooming Onion and Fried Mushrooms (Outback) Ribeye med-rare, steamed broccoli and salad...Stoli Vanilla Vodka and Diet Coke. So yeah after I had the carb over load last night I felt like crap and today I woke feeling hung-over and I didnt have but one drink....So back on track today and so far no cravings for anything...But OMG that blooming onion was SOOOO GOOD!!!

Tonight will be:
Brined roast duck breast served with a mango/mustard sauce, and roasted brussell sprouts with a smoked gruyer cream sauce. To drink sugar free limeade.

*edit ok well figured out the brussell sprouts I had, were starting to go bad. Instead I am roasting some broccoflower florets.

Yes, that's the one....in Colchester. They just opened up another one in Burlington, but it's pizza only, not the dinners. Zachary's - so you're in Waterbury? We're in Williston, after 20 years in Stowe.

Anyway.......DH was out last night at rehearsal, so I had dinner with some friends. They ordered pizza - I ate toppings only and some raw veggies on the side, with dip, of course.

I had salt and pepper wings with a sauce made of mayo, sour cream, habernero peppers, and black olives. Also cauliflower "popcorn". Jasmine tea to drink, and two fresh apricots for dessert.
