Tonight is going to be barbequed salmon steaks served with a fruit puree made with peaches, black cherrys, lemon rind, fresh mint and flat leaf parsley.
Also a salad made with butter lettuce, hard boiled quail eggs, grated carrot, served with a vinaigrette made with red wine vinegar, hempseed oil, asiago cheese, white pepper, and a little artificial sweetener. To drink iced white tea served over crushed mint leaves.

I know what Oopsies are,and love them.....but Oopsie fried shrimp? What is it?

We had tilapia baked with mustard and onion, and a big salad with peppercorn ranch

Dip your shrimp in oopsie batter and fry in oil. Yum-ish. I have to quickly sprinkle on a lot of spice to make it how I like it. Then Yum!

Turkey roast with tequila lime marinade, fresh spinach sauteed in butter, a few raw carrots and a handful of fried piggy skins. Watermelon for deeeeesert.

I'm baking chicken, and plan on making bacon fried cabbage with it. Maybe with a little onion and hot peppers.

Ribeye on the grill and salad...My mom bought me a birthday cake of all things...UGH but i didnt eat any of it and she was offended when I wouldnt bring any of it home....I am trying to teach her!!!!!!
