Default 2006 is the year when...

Dr. Fine is going to publish his findings from his stool testing for antibodies to wheat (gluten). And he has found it in something like 60% of the population.

Plug your ears, there will be a great howling from the agriculture and food processing industries!

There will be accusations that gluten sensitivity is the popular new diagnosis and people laughing at those who won't eat wheat.

The bread pushers will publish more articles and diet plans touting the healthiness of their wares. We'll hear more "staff of life" nonsense.

Anyone else care to make predictions?

I am doubtful if it is only those of us connected to this forum or similar forums that have become conscious of the changing rise in the tide of public opinion regarding dieting and health, so I predict that as the year progresses so will the arguments and so will the hostility but, I suspect by the year's end, the premise on which we base our beliefs will have a more solid foundation. Should I be wrong, then I will still carry-on regardless!

In 2006 I HOPE Dr. Fine will publish his findings.

In 2007, the Medical and Drug Community will be will be hurling.

Diet, is the answer. There is alot more than GF we have to look into.

When in 2006 do these findings plan to come out? Any idea?
