75 Pounds Lost As Of Today!

As of this morning I've lost 75 pounds! I started my low carb lifestyle on April 2, 2012 and the best part is that I love the food I eat, I feel great, and I don't spend my day thinking about and obsessing about sweets! I'm truly grateful that I found this way of life.
