Default Hit a mini-milestone today!

My first real visible sign of weight loss!!

I have clothes of various sizes in the house, ranging from size 16 (from my last semi-successful attempt at weight loss) to 22, and I think even a few 24's. Up until recently I've been wearing the 22's, and they've even been kind of snug.

Yesterday I was wearing a pair of size 22 jeans, and after losing 16 lbs, they were starting to feel a little loose. So today I pulled out a pair of size 20's, just to see if I could get them on, and they zipped up easily and feel comfortable!

I know size 20 is not really anything to celebrate, but hey - it's better than 22 or 24! Onward and downward!

Congrats to you for the weight loss
It sure is a great feeling to have the pants go "baggy"!!! I finally went shopping on Monday and was able to buy a size 14 jean -- just had to suck in the tummy a little bit but I was determined! I started out in size 18s but can slide them up and down now without even undoing the buttons.
Keep up the good work -- you'll soon be down in size 16's or lower!!

Congrats!!!
I'm in a size 22 now and I HATE IT. I can relate to the assortment of sizes in the house. I have jeans (that I loved) going all the way to size 10. Keep it up and keep us posted. I want to follow in your footsteps.....

Congratulations! I think fitting in a smaller size is so much more of a reward than watching the scale move. I too started with 20-22's and now I fit in mostly 14's and I even have one pair of 12 jeans! I finally did pack up all of my bigger clothes and now I have so much room in my closet!

Of course shifting sizes are something. Its such a great feeling to be able to slip back into old clothes and have it fit comfortably again. Congratulations

Oooh, YAY for you! It feels so good, doesn't it?

My first mini milestone was when I could take my 22s and pull them down without unsnapping them.

OK, I still do that when I need a smile!

Congrats on the smaller size!
I love going down too. My tight jeans are getting baggy now. Hooray! I have come down to a tight 20 to a nice 16 in 2 months.
