I get Life Extension Mix with Extra Niacin (I don't mind the flush) at lef.com and I also take a few other individual vitamins.

Potassium. Magnesium.
Dr Berg is a big fan of leafy greens, as it provides the huge amount of potassium we need. He recommends 6 cups. Instead I use No- salt which is primarily potassium instead of sodium, along with pink sea salt. You can add punches of salt to drinking water too, but in my experience consuming it with food makes absorption a bit slower. (Having tossed back a half teaspoon with a water chaser made my eyesight wonky for several hours. Now it's only lower amounts and with food.)

Vit C. It's in grass fed meats at a surprising amount. If grain finished, it's very low. The pill form is only one component of the vit C complex so lemons, green leafy veg and cranberries, etc are important. Check out the foods that give you the most vit C for the fewest carbs......

I am a big fan of D3/K2. Especially since, as we age, we lose the ability to make it with our skin from sun light. And since I live in a ski area, that is not something I can do all the time, anyway

If you like oily fish like salmon and mackere, that's got lots of micro nutrients and Omega 3 oils.

A word on magnesium.

Not disagreeing with anything being said, but coming in at a different angle:

I have taken cal/mag/zinc supplements for years, just because I'm female, and they push concern for bone-density on us from such an early age.

Occasionally... my pipes get a little backed up, as it were.

I know (and am re-informed every time I go looking for info) that Magnesium is a natural laxative. What I didn't know? Is that calcium has the opposite effect. So, if I took an extra "magnesium" supplement (which was really a cal/mag/zinc supplement), which I'd often do in that situation, I made the problem worse.

Not saying don't take magnesium, and not denying that nutrients are better-absorbed when they come from food instead of pills. Just saying that if you do opt for a cal/mag supplement, be aware that these two (often packaged together, to make sure you have the correct balance for maximum bioavaliability) can have opposing effects on certain bodily functions. Learn from my mistakes.
