No, but I just ordered some everything bagels to try out. They would add so much joy to my life if they work out.

I find that these types of floury baked foods just trigger my urges for more and more. So, I avoid them.

It was the floury baked stuff that got me +100 lbs in the first place. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I've been eating the East Coast equivalent (Thinslim) products for years and not gained at all. I love their cinnamon bagels and pretty much any of their chocolate products. Good luck!!

I also ordered from that site snacks called Just the Cheese it's crunchy baked cheese in many different flavors - I am trying the white cheddar now - WOW!!!! Very good - satisfies my need for crunchy chips and I'm a salt lover and these are great!!

They taste like when you cut up a cheese stick in chunks and mic it until it's crunchy but only with more flavor

So far I limit myself to 1 bagel or 1 slice a day - it wasn't the bread that got me to my heaviest it was the cakes & ice cream HA HA So luckily I don't have the binge attraction to bread stuff - I was just soooo happy to have toast to dip in my fried eggs in the morning again WONDERFUL!!!

or a toasted bagel with cream cheese HEAVEN!

Default I would just be careful and test your blood sugar

I love their products, but some of them raise my blood sugar more than their stated net carb count would indicate.

I think this is attributable to the "modified wheat starch" used in some of their products. Some people seem to digest it more than others, as I am discovering. I've had this problem with other products too.

So I would advise to always check the ingredients and use your meter to make sure the net carb count given is actually low for you.
