Bent over up and downs (I totally forget the 'technical' name for these...when you hold the weight and you are bent over and you reach down toward your toes dropping the weight with you...ok, that isn't even a good description!!! lol)

35 mins on the elliptical...I was like a crazy woman doing intervals of 1 min regular, 1 min sprinting....burned 411 calories and felt GREAT!
I notice when you list doing sets with different weights, you put the smallest weight first. Is that because you do the smallest weight first? If so, what's the logic. Or is it a convenient way to input your gym journal.
