Default 2 clean Induction weeks, and then...

And then I cheated Friday night. Pizza, ice cream, candies... and all because I was too tired to cook anything for dinner. My work week was hellish, and I thought I "deserved" a treat. Well, now it's Tuesday... and the scale has jumped 3.5 pounds. It won't budge. I've been back on strict Induction since Saturday morning, my Keto sticks are dark purple, and I'm drinking loads of water---but no luck. I think I've blown it permanently. As in, I messed up my body completely by cheating, and I'll never lose anymore weight with Atkins.

That's exactly how I was feeling today too. However, I said I am going to get back into gear today. I am realizing I am the only one that can make myself get up after I got knocked down. So please don't give up. Believe me, I am talking to myself too. I have gone to the posts of where people met their weightloss goals. I see that they struggled and cheated a few times also, but they made their ultimate goal by getting up again.
