I'm joining the maintenance thread. I realized that between my split rounds I'm already at 46 days with a week off in the middle. I've been cheating with more meat and fat anyways, so I need the break.

I lost around 20 pounds on my split round. 240.2 to 219.4.

Food, glorious food. I am so happy to have something different for a while. I'd be thrilled if I never saw boneless, skinless chicken breast again. I'm pretty sick of my p2 chili too. And cod never was all that great.

I need to find some new p2 recipes before starting the next round.

Food tastes better after a round of p2. Last night I made pesto without cheese and put it on top of some roasted squash. I actually had a vegan meal, I guess, and loved every bite.

Tonight I think I'll eat some liverwurst.

Yay for food! I get that feeling every other day.

I've been eating a chinese chicken salad with napa cabbage, rice wine vinegar, a tsp of peanut oil (seasame would work too), ginger, orange peel (if I have it), water chestnuts, red pepper flakes and chicken breast or shrimp.

Also, cooked shrimp soaked in a brine and served with the lowest cal cocktail sauce, is pretty good.

Yes it does, I was practically drooling over yesterday's grilled pork steaks.
