I hope you are having what I call a "bump-up". This is a very good thing, and I've come to look forward to it. This happens to me after several days of not cheating, where I KNOW that the only possibility for me is weight loss. My body can only show a downward trend on the scale for like 4-6 days, and then it "bumps-up" 1-3 lbs.
That bump is water. I think that the waste and hormones released by burning fat tissues may change the osmotic balance in my body, resulting in the bump/water retention. Another hypothesis I'm seen on the forum is that fat cells take on water to temporarily maintain their shape (while they shift their molecular furniture around in the new house).
At these times, my strategy is to try to exaggerate the bump (make it higher) by drinking lots and lots and lots of water. It takes me 2-3 days to get over a bump, and then there is a staircase down to heaven. Look forward to it!!
