yea it is different cultures and countries and alot more thoughts as a 'whole eat meat' perspective.

the one guy IAN slams down big zc meal....others are eating some desserts which is wild and one of the gals does a 'salad' type meal and more.

really good to see it from real people and listen to what each experiences.

the barking dogs, lets put them on a spit to roast and shut them up with our video HAHA too funny

Loved that one with CW. He's so relaxed compared to a decade ago.
I think he's in law school so busy living his life.

So agree with you. Big differences now in his approach to zc from before to now I find him alot more approachable, and see, living the zc life that long the zc zen took over and changed him up

About the ketones: I think that ZC people do have ketosis but mostly never check. A few have checked blood level on occasion and found ketones.
I know, who cares.

oh I agree. alot of zc people are in active ketosis for sure, but like ya said, none of us bother checking.

even tho a few years ago I checked cause it 'was all about ketosis' ya know on the boards I was on and my pee strip barely turned pink at all, which meant 'the pee strips' were useless LOL I never bothered buying blood meter thing cause at that point I wasn't spending another penny on any of that
