Default Dont know what to do...

Id like to lc again, but I dont want to risk my milk supply.
My baby is 4 month old.

I usually feel dizzy the first week with lc...and that is not helping, I have to be fit 24h to care for the baby.

So I keep pushing the start away again and again.

I would suggest perhaps sticking to a more moderate lc plan rather than going straight into induction level carbs which as you say is going to make you feel dreadful and make it difficult to care for your baby.

How about just dropping all refined carbs - no sugar, pasta, bread etc, but still having plenty of fruit & veg and maybe some whole grains? That way you can ease into it a little and still hopefully get most of the health and weightloss benefits, without any drastic changes. You can always cut back on carbs more later when baby is older and you are more adjusted?

Great suggestion.
To reduce the amount of fructose (which they now say is probably worse than the other sugars), you can maybe limit yourself to the lower carb fruits like berries.

*sigh*

I seem to struggle so much with sleep deprivation, that I cant find the time to prepare ANY meal.

It was soooo much easier to lc without a baby!

Perhaps I should wait until my daughter sleeps more than 2 hours at a time.

But I am not really happy with my way of eating right now...

Hang in there. It will get better. Right now sleep is most important. You can worry about your weight in a couple months. If you get too tired or down you could become depressed, and that'll make you crave carbs like crazy.

Sleep deprivation is killer and it will inhibit weight loss.

My recommendations:

Lean on easy lc friendly foods--wasa crackers with cheese, cheese, carrots and dip, nuts, berries, pears, apples, lettuce etc...

Also, work on building a repertoire of easy LC crock pot meals.

And get the Shape 20 min body makeover DVD. Killer workout, 20 minutes all a busy momma needs.

And don't worry too much about weight loss, focus more on good habits kwim?
