Thanks for putting this together, Kristine! It really helped me get back in the groove. I will be sitting out October as I see myself getting drawn back too much to scale watching and beating myself up too much whenever the scale goes back up. I looked through my past journals and seemed to do best when I weighed in once or twice a week and I'm going to go back to that for October. Maybe I'll join in November and December.
