Most of these people are women who are a little (or a lot) overweight themselves - so I guess everyone is looking for answers! This used to make me very uncomfortable, but I'm fine with it now - if I can give someone "the answer" all the better! More and more often it is being greeted with "Yeah, I know I have to cut out wheat...." so I guess variations on our way of eating is becoming more and more mainstream! Boy, no pressure, though - feeling like the world is watching to see if you're successful

I surely do get it about the pressure of "if" you'll be successful........long term. I'd lost and regained so many times that it was as if I had zero credibility when it came to my weight. I had a lot to prove to myself this time.
Its great that you are getting noticed for your achievement. It sure feels good to get good attention. It stops after a while...which for me was welcome. It got old for me, having to explain how I lost it only to hear all the reasons why they could never do that. I used to love getting on my soapbox...not so much any more.
Congrats on all your success to date! Keep up all the hard work.
