Kick'n Mayo for meat, fish, etc. sauce
This concoction is good for fish, meat, hamburgers, etc., if you like spicy.
Kick'n Mayo ~ 0-1.5 carbs (depending on amount of carbs in your mayo and cayenne)
You mix 1 tbsp of your favorite real mayonaise
1 tbsp of spicy brown or regular mustard
a dash or two or three (depending on level of spicyness) of cayenne peper
Mix together and you have some kick'n sauce
If you have a low carb ketchup, just replace the mustard with ketchup and you have kick'n katsup. You can also, leave out the mustard and cayenne and add cream of tartar for a tarter sauce tasting sauce.
I add a dash of flaxseed to the concoction sometimes as well. If you have a replacement spice or condiment, feel free to reply.
