Another thing I tried was to add two tbsp of unsweetened coconut, a tbsp of Erythritol and three packets of Splenda. I then poured this into a muffin pan (1 tbsp per hole) and baked at 350 F for 5 minutes. They came out great! 12 little coconutty cakes. Spread with butter! Mmmm.
The next thing I'm going to try is to bake the slider batter in the muffin pan since then I can get a more consistent size for sliders (plus it's easier than frying them one at a time). Will let you know how that turns out.

Sounds delicious, take pictures next time and let us know how they turn out. I need a bun like treat for burgers, im tired of eating them plain
