Yay.. June challenge..
Even thought I am starting this challenge late, I am happy to be starting it..
This morning is my official full abroad 20-30 maximum carbs per day and with a 30-45 minute intermittent walk/run work out.
My weight this morning at 6:00 AM was at 202.6 pounds and looking forward to those pounds to start shredding off those 57.6 pounds that I have left to lose. So I will count today as
June 3 - 202.6
