Been exercising for a month. Had to start out with walking and Weights for Dummies to build my endurance back up. (oh why did I stop working out last year)
Been doing treadmill 3 x a week and weights 3 x week.
Yesterday I finally completed the Firm (Aerobic workout with weights.. classic #1) and have barely any muscle soreness at all. Thank goodness I worked up to it.
Today will be treadmill but because I won't be online later, my log is going to be running 1 day behind.
Today I tried eating 3 strawberries about 30 min before I worked out. I felt I had extra energy to put extra effort in. It seemed to work well. (Not to mention the strawberries tasted yummmmmmmm)
Treadmill, Max speed 3.0, Max grade 7%, Duration 50 minutes, Distance 2.32.
and a big YaY for me because I did NOT want to do it, but made myself get on and promised I could not stop until I did two laps and I actually finished the program. First ten minutes of exercise my body always screams no.
