Default Welcome Twirt

You've found a great place for support and information. We recently had a discussion on alcohol that should answer all your questions.

If you have others, try a search (icon islocated at the top of the page on the right) you'll probably find that most topics have been talked about a few times

Cheers,

I love my coffee in the morning, but after having read a lot about caffeine possibly raising insulin levels and initiating cravings, I decided to switch to decaf. I did it gradually though to minimize caffeine withdrawal....mixing decaf with regular coffee in the pot, gradually decreasing the regular coffee until I was drinking just decaf. Isn't quite the same, but I feel a lot better without caffeine in my system.
