i've been backsliding this week. i got a box of pot of gold chocolates on sunday. i've finished the box now. on top of the chocolates i also ate some fruitcake and then i had raisinbread toasted for supper. 4 slices!. now my teeth are brushed and flossed, so the eating danger is over for now. tomorrow is a new day and i'm going to try to get right back on track. and drink a ton of water. i dread the scale on friday, plus i'm expecting tom thursday or friday. wish me luck.
