How did you manage to gain 25 pounds on your low carb diet?
Unmanageable thyroid?

Still seems to fly in the face of physiology of low carb

it was theholidays, and i wasnt lc

fyi. gaining on lc is also quite possible. Think of the Inuit people that raise children on LC. LC is not necesarily low calorie.

Default A dresser drawer???

No wonder I canít get up without pain sit on the floor with fear of not getting up and wondering when Iím going to break the corner of my bathroom countertop off since I use it to push myself up.

I am carrying around a whole dresser drawer and a border collie.
