I like excercise, till I get burned out and that doesn't take me long. But, I know I need to loose this weight, so I am going to do some cardio for a while and perhaps pick up the pace later town the road, if I can stick to it.

So, Today I walked 2mls, fairly fast pace, not speed walking like I would preffer. My 5 yr old was on her bike and she tends to slow me down a little bit. Didn't have much time, so it was only, 2 mls

Also, after supper this evening rode our bikes appx 2 mls, more on the leisurely side. I'm not a speeder on the bikes, don't have any stamina to keep the speed up. I feel lucky to just be going down the street and making it the hills.

High hopes of walking in the morning

I walked with the dog this morning, we covered 2 1/2 mls. The dog was worn out, but he needs to loose weight also.

Today I walked 1.3mls, briskly.

My youngest wanted to ride Blue (horse), so we went Blue's pace, fairly brisk but not speed walking. He doesn't get to excited when Lukes on him. Blues got it made, he carries a 35lb kid and his owner has to lead him around town. He loves it when we go for walks!

I felt like crap, but I got up and walked 1 mile!

It had just finished storming, the roads were still wet and it was 65 degrees! The dog and I suddenly found energy, it was great! Its a shame it was getting dark out, I won't walk much after dark.

The walk energized me and I woke up, heck, I'm still awake!

This morning I didn't have much energy so Bob the dog and I walked 1 1/2mls. Nothing exciting for sure. I have switched to CALP, so I may have a little less energy for a few days.

Then again the lack of energy could be in my head and its to easy to stop walking at 1 1/2mls.

Yesterday we walked 3 mls, I was feeling it on my 3rd ml, even Bob was slowing down.
