I'm so excited, my ENTIRE FAMILY is low-carbing! My brother started after me, and got my mom and stepdad going. My mom stuck it out even though she wasn't losing at first and now she's doing fantastic! (She had been upset because my stepdad was losing so much faster but I told her that's normal for men) Then my little sister talked to me yesterday to tell me that she is now going to start low-carbing because my mom is now wearing smaller jeans than she is lol - And THAT - she says - is unacceptable! lolol So I'm pretty excited that everyone is doing so well. Unfortunately, they're all in Texas and I'm here in Alabama, because it would be really exciting to see everyone's progress.

That is so cool. I know it's been really helpful that my DH & DD are also eating this way! Our son keeps asking questions, too . . .
