Loss of fat deposits
Not sure if this should be posted here, but I have a concern and would like some input. I have noticed "large dents" around the thigh area. I guess you could describe it like a small crater. I know I am probably not describing this the best but if any of you can relate, help me out.
I have been told that it is where fat deposits were and that one thing I can do to improve the way it looks is to exercise. If this is indeed the case, I see this as another way to measure success.
Has anyone else had this problem and can you shed some light on it for me?
Any suggestions as to where I can find material on the loss of "fat deposits"?
