Default Oregano

As I didn't suffer die off symptoms, a couple of weeks ago my nutri changed me from caprylic to oregano. Since then I've gained a pound a week instead of losing it and I've felt much worse - pain and tiredness. Is this a good sign or bad? The weight gain worries me. And I've got the most awful cravings for carbs which I'm finding difficult to deal with.

It's really a good sign. The cravings for carbs is the yeast trying to fight back. You should up your dose and the cravings should go away. The tiredness is a symptom of the oregano working and indicates how "unclean" your body is. Oil of oregano works on a lot more than yeast.

Heres a link with info.

hey - how about COOKING with oregano? does that help at all? just wondering, since the oil has to come from somewhere...I have similar question about coconut...can we eat fresh coconut and get similar benefits? I just like eating things fresh when i can instead of in a bottle...
Any input/experience would be much appreciated,
Thanks.

Eatting fresh Coconut yes, but oil of oregano is WAY stronger than just cooking with the leaves.
