Default thank you

hello everyone!
Thank you so much for your replies. I got back on a LC wagon and I really hope I will succeed now. I got my Oil of Oregano (god it stinks!) and I'm taking it twice a day. And suprisingly... the cravings are going away. It's sooo weird NOT to be hungry! Sometimes I'm about to have a nibble only when I realize it's just more of a habit than real hunger! And it used to be so bad as if my stomach burnt inside. I don't think the candida is gone but I guess after being invaded for years it will no dissapear overnight. As for now I eat only meat, fish, eggs and veggies trying to keep it all under 30 carbs per day.
As soon as I start losing I will let everyone know.
