I stalled too for a bit..just keep on doing what you are doing. Your body is under extreme stress now.

And don't worry about stalling. The scales didn't move for me for over 5 weeks, until Friday. Then I GAINED 2 pounds, but hey.. at least the scales moved
I'm 2 1/2 weeks smoke free today and doing fine. The only time I get a twitchy is in the evening after dinner for about 10 minutes.
The good news is, in the past 2 week I have lost 2 lbs! I fully expected to stall while my metabolism slowed down then evened out. I never expected to lose but that has been an unexpected blessing.

Awesome Mishca!
Well I'm sneaking in a few days early, but as I'll be out of town alll next week and won't be able to post I thought what the hey, I'll post today.
As of Monday March 1st.....I will have been smoke-free for 9 months! I am really proud of this....it truly is one of my greatest accomplishments because I never thought I could do it!
I had the strangest dream last night that I smoked 3 cigs on the day I was celebrating my quitting. Hmmmmm I woke up and really had to think if it was real or not.....I had this overwhelming feeling of guilt.....it was very strange.
Anywho......TY to Mischa who helped to guide me in my early days of quitting!
