I have looked at that yogurt numerous times, but then always see it has so much sugar, so i just checked website- strangely they have unsweetened, with just 2 net carbs, plus 4 fiber and the "plain" i have seen in stores, which has a bunch of sugar. will keep eye for unsweetened now, thanks!

i LOVE kite hill plain almond milk yogurt (made only for whole foods).

Thanks, I like it and you can add protein powder as my friend does. It is good. I'm not familiar with the Kite Hill Yogurt but have tried their cheeses - funny, they are now in our "Natural Grocers" store.

Ever tried the ChocoPerfection bars?

The woman who created them lost over 100 lbs. and she told me she ate 1-2 per day!

oh interesting- i know the yogurt used to be "exclusively available at WF." Maybe the contract expired and kite hill is expanding?

and nope, I haven't had the choco bars- are those the one Jimmy Moore raves about (the la vida low carb blogger)?
I usually go for lindt or ghriadelli- 85-86%, occasionally Lilly's (uses stevia as sweetener- now even Giant carries it in organic fru fru aisle), or occasionally DF gets me russels sf pb cups or turtles (side note, i wouldn't get russel's unless not trying to lose weight).

Must be.

I don't know if he talks about them but they are only 2g Net Carbs and the girl who created them told me she ate 2 bars per day while losing 100 lbs. I love them but I will warn you that a whole bar can give you gas due to the FOS.
