curlygirly

I run into problems with fast food and long days. I keep some south beach tide me over drink mix or kellogs all bran drink mix in my purse. When I'm put in a position to eat something I shouldn't or go hungry, I just get a bottle of water and mix me a drink.

The sb brand has 3 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber, the kellogs has 10 grams of fiber (and I love the pink lemonade). It keeps me from being hungry until I can get to something "legal".

Something you might want to try.

Hi again! I changed my stats on my profile. This week I am dreading getting on the scale for I feel like I have gained. Not been as faithful (someone snuck NY cheesecake into the house) and it sure is good. I am horrible for eating more than my share. I am still walking but if I don't stop eating the house then how will I ever get smaller than the house? I attended a baby shower yesterday, donated blood then came home and snacked got up at 2 this morning walked for a mile and just been doing odds and ends. Have a great day.

As I looked at the wonderful results that everyone has here it just keeps me so encouraged to continue. You all have done good. I thank you for allowing me to come here with you all. Does anyone have a favorite forum they chat on? I will weigh in on Friday.

There is a lot of chat that goes on in journals here. You will need to start your own journal....and make an effort to particpate.

I used to use my journal to log my food each day, after I ate it. It helped me to be accountable to my plan as I knew it'd be read by others.

I am sorry I had to edit everything. I had to refix my weight because of my restart date of using SB. I had to fix my ticker tape. Please forgive me for the errors I had done before. Thanks.
