Default Change Exercises?

I have read in a few different places that changing up your exercises or your routine can help keep your body 'guessing' and won't allow it to get 'used to' your workout and therefore limit the results.

I have been doing this, in fact I have just switched almost completely to free weights for my workout (which makes a huge difference I think), but my question is how often would you change the exercises?

Thanks for your help!

MIke,

I am of the opinion you should change your exercises every 4 to 6 weeks. I have come to that decision by reading many different articles on weight training. Everyone has their own opinion though, so do what feels best for you
