Default going out of town...help

I am looking to start this either today or tomorrow. My problem is that on the 25th which is Wed I am going out of town and will be in the car 24hrs. I can stop at a rest area to get in some cardio (if you see an idiot running circles aroud a rest area...it's me! ) but how in the world will I get in my depletion work out. I will be at the hotel by Friday and could take some dumbells with me....I just worry about being able to eat properly Wed-Fri.
I will be at a wedding and will not have control over the food I eat Fri-Sat. Back on the road Sunday 24hrs. Home and wore out on Monday. Those 24hr road trips are a killer!! With DH and 2 kids 8 & 4.
Or should I not stress and do the best I can and get my butt back in geer the following Monday? After all I have been fat for 8 yrs now....whats another week?

Greetings 2b.

I can relate with your delima. My first reaction, or should I say opinion, is to wait till you get back. The best way to make any program succeed is to be well prepared, planned and practiced. Take the time (car ride) to read up on the best ways to do a CKD. Plan some menus. Decide your workout.
I'm afraid that if you start during this week, you are setting yourself up for failure.
But then again, you may be so determined, that you will MAKE it work for you on the road.
Keep us posted!
Peace,
Brenda

Just do straight old-skool LC until you're back in control. You may not lose as much as you would otherwise but at least you're not going to gain.

I used to travel for business 5 days a week - it definitely taught me a thing or two about damage control.
