Default Help on my plan

Well, I'll start by explaining my work-out, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I do body weight resistance exercises (Pull-ups, push-ups, Dips, sit-ups, ab rollers) and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, I do actual weight lifting exercises (Machine Bench, Machine Flies, Machine Military Press, Free Weight Biceps, Machine Abs, Machine Lat Pulldown, Machine Calf Raises, I like machines because I can push myself to the limit and not have to worry about crushing my skull if my muscles give out)

I plan on doing that every week. Now, is there any way someone can give me a diet plan for a work-out plan like mine, that will help me drop bf% and gain muscle?

I'll eat whatever. I also have an enormous amount of protein bars at my disposal, and I take Whey Iso Burst.

Would anyone be willing to throw together a work-out plan that I could follow that involves carbing up, In the past I've binged randomly on a certain night and felt like a real pos the next day. So I figured I might as well incorporate that to help me keep the food love nazi's at bay.

I lost 120 pounds and I'm really just looking to finish off my body so I can start maintaining. My body fat % is 14.

Thanks a ton

I've been on BFL which encorporates a weight/cardio routine and a very specific eating plan. You might want to take a look at the BFL program.

good luck!

You sound like a canditate for the warrior diet. You seem to be ready for the next level of fitness according to your BF. Use search here or check some of the links in the posts in my journal. On the nutrion forum of www.dragondoor.com you find others in a somewhat simular position like you?
