Default Death to Atkins bars!!

Yup...I knew better, so I have no good excuse. lol

I've lost some good weight LC'ing it so I decided to treat myself to my favorite Atkins bar but I ate the whole box of those little bastards!!! They taste like the Baby Ruth candy bars which I absolutely love!!! And of course because of all that sugar alcohol, I am now feeling so sick to my stomach...like doubled over in pain. Blech! No more bars for me....at least not until I reach goal. Now comes the couple days of fighting the residual cravings....

Default feel you on the bars

Yep - I've been stalled at 166.5 now for two weeks strait because I keep thinking I can have a bar everyday, and maybe a few nuts and a little peanut butter here an there. Oh yeah, I haven't been tracking my cheese all that well. From this day on I will track my cheese and cut out the nuts / peanut butter / bar sneaks. I can't live with the prospect of being stuck at 166.5 any longer.

I've tried the bars and they really are high in carb and give cravings. I ate the whole box, before I got to the next store!

One more good reason to avoid low carb products aka frankenfoods.
