Avocados, macadamia nuts (I can tolerate those), ghee on veggies, olive oil, eggs (if you're okay with eggs). The rendered fat from bacon, chicken, duck, etc.
I don't really force myself to eat fat. I use fat to make things delicious. I do eat a lot of LC veggies and put delicious fat on them.
