I don't really force myself to eat fat. I use fat to make things delicious. I do eat a lot of LC veggies and put delicious fat on them.

i do well with dairy, but nondairy favorites:

1. pick fatty meats like wings or bacon
2. eggs as suggested
3. roast veggies in olive oil, cook with coocnut oil, make salad dressings with oil and vinegar and spices (EVOO with apple coder vinegar, toasted sesame oil with unsweetened seasoned rice vinegar, etc....)
4. avocados on salad or eggs or chicken....guac works, as well.
5. i don't really love mayo on its' own, but it's great to keep meat moist when baking
6. nuts/seeds/nut butters/tahini.....the last two are great for making marinades/sauces as well
7. baba gnoiush!
8. muffin in a minute using flaxmeal. coconut flour/almond flour or combo
9. olives and tapenades for on top of meat or veg
