I am starting to suspect I have SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). Most of the info out there says lc diet helps kill off the bad bacteria but I was just wondering if anyone has dealt with this condition with diet and herbs (peppermint, HCl...) alone and not resorted to antibiotics. I am sort of anti-dr if I can take care of something on my own. I hear it could take up to 6 months to kill the bad stuff off. Anyone care to share their experiences with this?
