Hello i was wondering if anyone could help me and tell me how to do this fast and possibly if someone could give me a menu or meal plan to do this fast bye thank you ......

Default It's the eggs and meat fast!

You eat only meat, eggs, and the fat used to cook them until you are satisfied. There is no need for a menu since you eat only meat, eggs, and fat. Sorry, I couldn't resist... It can really be quite effective, though.

Technically there is no such thing as the meat (or meat/egg) fast. So it isn't official. And if you do it, you shouldn't be on it for very long. I tried both ways and lost 7 pounds in three days. It does work, but you never want to look at another egg again. Here almost a year later I can barely swallow down an egg.
