I haven't heard of this... are you maybe referring to the fat fast??

You eat only meat, eggs, and the fat used to cook them until you are satisfied. There is no need for a menu since you eat only meat, eggs, and fat. Sorry, I couldn't resist... It can really be quite effective, though.

how long are you supposed to stay on it?

Technically there is no such thing as the meat (or meat/egg) fast. So it isn't official. And if you do it, you shouldn't be on it for very long. I tried both ways and lost 7 pounds in three days. It does work, but you never want to look at another egg again. Here almost a year later I can barely swallow down an egg.

I started this today and plan to do it through Friday. I hope it works!
