Today my BF won a holiday through a management incentive at work, woo hooo we're going around the 12th of July to a destination of our choice within europe so we'll prob decide to go to one of the greek or canary islands.

I've been doing atkins now since April - and I am now only 7-10lbs from goal (and these last few lbs are going sooo slowly), but would really really like to get to goal for this holiday.

Does anybody have any tips they can share to help me shed these last few lbs as quickly as possible?

Don't worry I know that this is not a diet but a way of life, I'd just love to look at good as possible in that bikini
