I stalled for over 6 weeks. So I started a meat fast , this is my 3 rd day. I've lost 7 lbs. I'm very happy. I've been eating steak, chicken wings,porks chops,turkey. I REALLY WANT A SALAD!!!!!! Tomorrow. Ess
I have been on atkins since January and have not lost anything. Every body told me to stick with it and I have. I even stayed on Inductoin for two months. Now I am at the end of my rope.I have been told now that I may be resistant and need to do a meat fast. How does it work? any suggestions will be appreciated. thanks!!!
