Default Crispy Thin Crust Pizza In A Minute - Induction Safe

I don't know why I haven't thought of this before since when I want a crispy treat I just nuke some of my favorite cheeses.

Well I decided to take it a step further and came out with Induction Safe Pizza in a Minute:

Start with Parchment Paper and place on microwave safe plate.

Add your favorite shredded cheeses, I use Trader Joe's Italian Truffle, Nacho Cheese and Pepper Jack Cheese, place on parchment paper in the shape of circle.

On top of the truffle and nacho cheese I add pepperoni, baby spinach, mushrooms, mexican onions, olives, pepperchini, and then I place the remainder of the pepperjack cheese on top of the other ingredients.

Of course you can add or omit any item you choose. It's your pizza.

Place in microwave for 1 minute (if you have an older or low watt microwave you may need 1.5 to 2 minutes).

Let sit to harden after removing from microwave and just to cool off a bit so you don't burn your tongue on the hot cheese.

Enjoy! Taste just like a thin crust pizza. It's super yummy!

No it's not and wax paper won't work well , the cheese will stick to it, neither will pam no stick spray, parchment paper is best because you are guaranteed no stick, you should be able to get it at a major supermarket like Alberstons or Ralphs.

Thanks for the bump, just in time for the weekend. I am going to try this Friday night, I have been frying my cheese in a pan and adding pepperoni, but thats about all the ingredients a "fried" pizza will hold. I'd like to add more veggies, meat and cheese. Thanks again.

Your welcome.

I should have mentioned though, depending on how many toppings you put on that you may have to drain off the extra water or juices caused by the toppings and then re-nuke so your crust is good and crispy.

Note:even after removing water/juices you will need to let the pizza sit out for about 3 to 5 minutes so that it can totally harden.

Enjoy!
