A more abbreviated workout than I'd have liked, but I'm still pretty happy with myself. Am starting lower than before with the weights, and will increase them as I can.
FBWO - back, quads, chest, hammies
BB Bent-over Row 16kg 1x15, 21kg 1x14
Superman 2x10
BB Duck Deadlift 21kg 2x12
Push-up 2x8
BB Straight-back Straight-leg Deadlift 21kg 1x8 - had to stop due to back pain
BB Military Press 16kg 1x4 - had to stop due to shoulder pain (arthritis)
Lying Stability Ball Crunch 2x20
