Default Journal Keeping

A few words on journal keeping so the data will be easier for us to assemble.

In the subject line, put what day out of the 28 days it is. 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

Then, put the same day in the message. I've changed the journal template to reflect this for your journal-ing pleasure.

Day in cycle: 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
Week: Week 1, Week 2, etc.
Day: Monday, Tuesday etc.
Today’s Program: i.e., Regular LC, Fat Fast, Stillman’s, Calorie Boost

Thanks all!

Karen

Karen, are you suggesting we measure calories, fat grams, protein, etc. for EVERY day, or just Fat Fast days? I suppose it would make the study more accurate if we have all that information, but I just want to be clear.

Default Oy, I've got a file BUT ...

it's in Excel format with an XLS extension. So, can't upload to the forum.

For some reason unknown, I dumped the instructions, Karen, into Excel and started laying them out. Looks kind of useful (for me, so far); a sort of Coles Notes for this study.

I'd like to share it, so I'm firing it to you and Wa'il offline and hopefully you two can sort out how to make it available to others if you think it useful.
