Hopefully seeing this will motivate me. Tonight after my dinner settles (pan fried chicken, avocado, and brocolli with cheese) I plan .. no I WILL ... walk 2 miles on my treadmill. I know it doesnt sound like much but I havent walked in weeks so its a start right? right!
