Default Results with the Firm

I just received my firm transfirmer yesterday and begin this morning.

I see there is a "firm" thread here, but it's so LONG !! My question is....the firm states "visable results in 10 workouts". Is this a gimick or did you really see results in 10 workouts? If so, were the results noticable or small results that only you could see?

I am VERY flabby in the things and butt ....horribly so and can't wait to see results !!

You get wonderful results with the firm. I have always had heavier arms, and the FIRM is the only thing that tones them!! Don't concentrate on 10 workouts. Follow the calendar they give you and do it for a month. I guarantee that if you stay on your eating plan and workout, you will feel great!

When I'm motivated to workout at home I use the firm and I've always had wonderful results!!!! The fanny lifter really does work, and trust me, I have a big butt. Good luck!
