Accidently did some Bicep exercises before I realized I was supposed to be doing Triceps. Hopefully I will be able to use my arms tomorrow. Went an extra set on almost all exercises, I felt I had the energy to complete them.

Finally did something that resembles Cardio. Wasn't as bad as I imagined (or I am in better shape now) once I got going on it.
