Robin only thing I've got is 1 bouillon cube about 2 hrs before work and the kit of chicken or tuna salad. It has about 8 small crackers. Then no other fluids for several hours before work. This works fine for me.
Then I sip small amounts of water at work. For a long work day he could put a pinch of sea salt in the water. Sip every half hour.
Ridiculous and I wish I was normal.
