Hi all,
I just went through a major home move. We are finally out of the old home,
and into the new one. I was really suffering with fatigue, sleepiness, stress
in general during the midst of it. But one of my sons who left for college had
some supps that he left. I found a bottle of tryptophan, remembered about
Schwarzbein and low serotonin. One of the other symptoms I was having was
extreme achiness. So anyway for the last 2 nights, I took one cap of the tryptophan before bed. Today I am much less achy and less fatigued. It could be coincidence from just relaxing a bit more, but I think the supp is
helping. Anyone else ever take it for stress? Would love to hear if anyone
else has used it successfully. I know about the foods that help increase
serotonin from her 1st book, and am focusing on them when I can.
