Hey Beverly I'm here. I haven't been posting much lately, but I'm still living a low carb life. How are things going on your end?

Hello ladies. Happy to report I have lost 9 pounds so far. I would have lost to have lost a least 15 by now, but I will take the 9 considering I have not worked out much. I plan to get on my treadmill more this week. Good for Beverly walking four miles a day. I plan to follow your lead. With a stressful job and family it is hard to squeeze in time for exercise, but I will find a way.

Good Morning ladies. Congrats to those who have lost and to those who are just sticking with it. Your lose will come soon. I have been on and off but now I'm back and doing well. I have new love in my life and it makes the days easier and it keeps me focused on losing the weight. I love myself and I love this man and I'm very happy with life right now. Before I was depressed and it always lead me to food but not anymore. I am now experiencing love and I mean real love and it makes life mean so much more. Having a man who loves you the way you are makes me want to lose the weight even more. He met me at my highest but doesn't care what size I decide to be because he'll still love me. On top of that in 10 days i will be graduating from college after 12 long years of pain. I made it! I made it! I thank god that I made it this far and i know he'll help me make it to my goal weight too.

Ahh love is a splendid thing. Congratulations on your graduation! Hello Ladies. I am still sticking and trying to do the darn thing. Some days are easier than others but I will not quit.

I am continuing my exercise 4 times a week. I also went swimming last night. First time in a very long time. I put a little extra about the experience in my journal if you want to check it out.
