45 minute cardio, EFX and treadmill. Very good session--HR got up to 160, average in the 130's.

Oh, and found out that Dr. Gordon (guy who leg presses 400 lbs.) is actually 87.

Saturday--day off. Miserable back ache.

Sunday--walked on treadmill for 30 minutes.

Monday--my back felt reasonably ok by the time I got to the gym, so did a quick and easy upper body workout and then 40min cardio on the EFX.

Did not make it through Pilates--back hurt.

Session with Brian. Much easier than previous one, lol. Did a lot of ub work and many stretches. Also abs and quads on the ball.

LB work, easy BFL style, lol. Did a couple of UB machines as well. Gym was crowded and HOT.

30 min. on EFX, 30 min. run/walk around track. Started off with 3 lb handweights, but they hurt my shoulders.

Biceps and triceps, then about 25 min. cardio. Brian had to cancel because of illness, so I was on my own. Not a great workout.

Friday, don't remember. Not a good sign, lol. Saturday, 30 min. cardio, a few LB exercises. Sunday, 60 min. cardio (moderate speed, EFX, treadmill, and recumbent bike).
