Glad to see you Jen, just as a heads up, everyone starts a new challenge with 5 lbs to go.
So, if 233.2 is your start weight, then that would be your current weight. Goal as you posted would be 228.2 with 5 lbs to go.

I have Covid. Huge ice storm last night but I went grocery shopping before I tested positive. I’ll either gain weight or lose weight this week.
